The Somundy Century steel framing factory system is based upon producing low cost "C" and “U” sections for producing both structural and non structural members using one of the roll forming machines we can provide. The members can then be used to produce both customized or standardized panels as well as complete modular units. With a Somundy Century factory everything you need is available; our high quality production tables can be combined with a variety of fastening methods from screw guns using self drilling screws, pneumatic nail guns or a clinching system.

The Somundy Century Factory can be broken down into three sections, (listed below). One of the best advantages of the Somundy Factory is that each of these sections can operate as individual entities or work in conjunction with each other to achieve the full factory. At any time one section can break away from the whole to work on a special project if needed.
