As a manufacturer of a factory controlled product our normal terms of trading are by way of a purchase order. In most circumstances the installation of the modular units is done either by the client’s operatives or by specialist sub-contractors, the details of which can be forward to the client by us.
	Once the program of manufacture has been agreed the modular units are manufactured to suit this program and invoiced when complete. By utilizing our design team early in the conception of the project, it allows us to focus on such issues such as Fire protection, sound attenuation,
installation, modular loadings, and the interface with the Mechanical and Electrical team on site. The client can look forward to a higher standard of finish, less site management and trade co-ordination, less wastage, the elimination of theft and breakages, and a vastly reduced storage area on site. Delicate materials such as sanitary ware and ceramics, no longer have to be carried through the building to their destination, risking damage and costly replacement.
